本文合成并研究了双(十二烷基亚磺酰)乙烷(BDSE)萃取铂的性能,实验表明在KI存在下,盐酸浓度大于6mol/L时能定量萃取铂。同时研究酸度、试剂浓度、平衡时间、相比及其它离子对萃取铂的影响。采用等摩尔系列法和斜率法测定萃合物的组成为Pt∶I∶BDSE=1∶2∶1,红外光谱证实萃合物中BDSE的亚砜基以硫原子与铂配位形成有利于萃取的混合配位络合物。本萃取体系提供了铂与其它贵金属或贱金属分离的新方法。
In this paper, the performance of platinum (BDSE) was studied. The experimental results show that platinum can be extracted quantitatively when the concentration of hydrochloric acid is more than 6mol / L in the presence of KI. The effects of acidity, reagent concentration, equilibration time, and other ions on platinum extraction were also studied. The equimolar series method and the slope method were used to determine the composition of the extract as follows: Pt: I: BDSE = 1: 2: 1. The infrared spectrum confirmed that the sulfoxide group of BDSE in the complex was coordinated with platinum by sulfur atom to facilitate the extraction Mixed coordination complex. This extraction system provides a new way to separate platinum from other precious or base metals.
