衔接和连贯作为语篇的两个重要特征,语言学界对于两者的定义范围以及两者的关系,说法不一,但不可否认的是,对于衔接和连贯的深入了解有利于读者更好地理解语篇,深入挖掘作者思想和文章意义。本文以英文佳作《送给卞老师的礼物》为例,对衔接与连贯的定义范围以及衔接与连贯的关系进行分析,旨在为读者进行相关的研究提供一定的参考。
