受到传统观念、教师编制、教学条件等因素的影响,乡村小学的课程开设情况不容乐观,表现为:国家规定课程开不全、开不足,艺术、体育、科学、综合等课程成放弃对象,音乐、体育、美术、科学教师数量不足,城乡差别巨大;音乐、体育、美术、科学教师专业化程度低,教学质量堪忧。要实现《教育规划纲要》确定的课程开设目标,就必须全面更新教育观念、加大全科教师培养与培训、科学确定农村小规模学校的教师编制标准及切实改善乡村学校的基本办学条件。

The performance of curriculums in rural primary schools is unsatisfactory because the state stipulates that the curriculums are not complete, and the curricula of arts, sports, science, The number of teachers in sports, arts and sciences is not enough, and there is a huge difference between urban and rural areas.
