近年来,用磨损试验作为研究结构设计、材料和工艺的基本手段的倾向已经与日俱增。我国自制的磨损试验机也有一定数量投放市场,由于传统的理化计测在摩擦磨损方面的工作完全空白,因此,对磨损试验机的自行调试、计量鉴定以及在连续长期运转下实现无人鉴控安全运转已成为试验人员普遍关心的问题。下面以各厂使用较普遍的MM200型磨损试验机为例,就这几方面问题谈谈我们实践中的一些做法和体会。
