随着人们生活水平的提高,生活方式的改变,近年来肥胖、糖尿病、脂肪肝、冠心病、癌症等疾病的发生率越来越高。这些疾病的发生与我们饮食结构的改变息息相关,比如精米、精面已成为饭桌上的主旋律,粗杂粮摄入较少。
With the improvement of people’s living standards and lifestyle changes, the incidence of diseases such as obesity, diabetes, fatty liver, coronary heart disease and cancer has been increasing in recent years. The occurrence of these diseases is closely related to the changes of our diet structure. For example, polished rice and refined pasta have become the main theme of the dinner table, and less coarse grains are consumed.
