近几年中国企业兴办企业大学的热潮此起彼伏。给中国最早带来“企业大学”这一全新理念和形式的是数家外资公司。1993年,摩托罗拉中国区大学成立;1997年,西门子管理学院和爱立信中国学院先后成立;2001年,惠普商学院成立。一系列实践证明,企业大学体现了最完美的人力资源培训体系,是最有效的学习型组织实现手段,更是公司规模与实力的有力证明。
In recent years, the upsurge of Chinese enterprises in setting up enterprise universities has come one after another. The earliest new concept and form that China has brought to “Business University” is the number of foreign-funded companies. In 1993, Motorola China University was established; in 1997, Siemens Management College and Ericsson China College has been established; in 2001, the HP Business School was established. A series of practices have proved that enterprise university embodies the most perfect human resources training system, is the most effective way to achieve learning organization, and it is a powerful proof of the scale and strength of the company.
