为正确履行民事行政检察职能,科学有效地做好民事行政案件的督促起诉工作,防止和减少恶意拖欠、逃废和悬空金融债务的行为,更好地维护司法权威,防范金融风险,规范金融秩序,维护金融安全和社会稳定,郴州市苏仙区人民检察院于2009年初开展了“保护金融资产、防范金融风险”专项民行检察活动。该项活动取得较好效果,2009年三月至今郴州市苏仙区检察院共督促辖区的建设银行、工商银行、农村信用合作社等金融机构对恶意拖欠、逃废和悬空金融债务的债务人提起诉讼31件,诉讼标的额300万余元,均得到法院判决支持。
