目前,Asarco竖炉被认为是从阴极铜生产韧精铜的最有效的设备。可以不经过复杂的手续,直接得到含氧<0.01%(重量),含硫<0.002%(重量)的工业纯铜,并具有本文所述的一系列优点。本文介绍了该炉的设备和工艺的概况,及各国按不同条件发展该项技术的方法和途径。在我国发展铜的竖炉精炼技术时,应注意到原料(阴极铜)的来源,及获得低硫高发热值气体燃料的可能性。建议在国内建立试验基地,引进技术,进行科研和工业性试验,然后推广。
Asarco shaft furnaces are currently considered to be the most efficient equipment for producing tough copper from cathode copper. Industrial pure copper containing less than 0.01% by weight of sulfur and <0.002% by weight of sulfur can be directly obtained without complicated procedures and has a series of advantages described herein. This article presents an overview of the furnace equipment and processes, as well as ways and means by which countries can develop the technology under different conditions. When developing copper shaft furnace refining technology in our country, we should pay attention to the source of raw material (cathode copper) and the possibility of obtaining gaseous fuel with low sulfur and high heating value. It is suggested to set up a test base in China, introduce technology, carry out scientific research and industrial tests, and then promote it.
