感恩是社会上每个人都应该具有的基本道德准则,是做人的起码修养。然而,在我们的生活中,有相当一部分的学生不懂得什么是感恩。他们在家里,不听父母的话,经常与长辈顶嘴;在学校不尊重老师,和同学比吃穿,学习不努力。因此,班主任一定要树立以学生的发展为本的理念,加强对学生进行感恩教育,培养学生的感恩意识,让学生学会感恩。对学生进行有效的感恩教育,不能谈得太虚,也不能限得太死,否则,很难取得应有的成效。在课后我们总能听到一些老师“永远”在抱怨:“现在的学生不好教”、“如今的孩子太不懂事”、“某某真是油盐不进”等等。不可否认,由于信息渠道的多元化,学生接受的思想不再只是父母、师长那里“正统”的思想,而是更为丰富也更为复杂的信息。这些信息的获得必然会引起学生思维的复杂化,甚至是疑惑和混乱。所以,我们需要寻找一种由内到外的自我“反省”的感恩教育新模式。从而寻求到一种感恩的人本精神——它可以真正促进学生的主体性的发展,使学生最终成为主体的人。
Thanksgiving is a basic moral code everyone should have in society. It is the minimum accomplishment of man. However, in our life, a considerable number of students do not understand what is grateful. At home, they often talk to their elders if they do not listen to their parents. They do not respect the teachers in school and eat better than their classmates, and they study hard. Therefore, the class teacher must establish a student-oriented philosophy, to strengthen the gratitude of students education, develop students sense of gratitude, so that students learn to be grateful. Effective Thanksgiving education for students can not talk too much, nor too dead, otherwise, it is difficult to achieve the desired results. After class we can always hear some teachers “forever ” complaining: “Now the students are not good at teaching ”, “Today’s children are too naive ”, “ ”and many more. Admittedly, due to the diversification of information channels, the ideas students accept are no longer just the ideas of parents and teachers, but also richer and more complex information. The acquisition of these information will inevitably lead to the complexity of student thinking, and even doubts and confusion. Therefore, we need to find a new pattern of Thanksgiving education from inside to outside self “reflection ”. In order to seek a grateful humanistic spirit - it can really promote the development of students’ subjectivity and make students eventually become the main body.
