随着我国改革开放的进一不深入,实施了西部大开发战略,国家一直以来对我国的少数民族地区的教育非常的重视,并非常的关心和支持民族外语教育事业,国家每年都在我国少数民族地区教育事业上也给予大量的资金援助,并从内地引进一批师范院校毕业的优秀的英语教师,这些教师都有一定的外语专业知识,又比较系统的学习了教育学、心理学和外语教学法。但因为本族语作为藏族学生的第一语言在他们的头脑里已经根深蒂固,所以在学生的语言反应上,它总是起一种阻碍作用,成为他们学习新语言的障碍;并且从教材的编写上讲,教材在编写方法比较呆板,缺少趣味性,以他们的基础来说难度过于太大。

However, since the native language, as the first language of Tibetan students, has been deeply rooted in their minds, it always acts as an impediment to students’ language reactions and becomes an obstacle for them to learn new languages. Moreover, from the compilation of teaching materials Speaking, textbooks in the preparation of the method is relatively inflexible, lack of interest, to their basic difficulty is too much.
