水果营养丰富,香甜可口,诱人口腹之欲。特别是水果中含有的维生素、矿物质及纤维素等成分,对一些营养过剩、饮食不均衡的现代人来说,对预防肥胖、防止便秘、预防动脉硬化及预防癌症等都有重要意义。 虽然常吃水果对养生保健好处极多,但也应有节有度。如大量食用或食之不当,则可能诱发各种“水果病”。这是因为有些人因身体素质不同而不适合吃某些水果,而且某些水果吃的过多因其性味所偏还可能致病或引起过敏反应。如患有便秘的人,不宜大量吃柿子,因柿子含有大量鞣酸会加重便秘;患消化性溃疡及胃炎的人,应避免食用甜度高、酸度高
