译者序:日本的专业制冷期刊《JARN》已经连续几年在每年固定的刊期上登载了有关冷热能储存技术相关介绍和报道,涉及到采用冰或水的冷/热能储存技术(实际上均可称为热能储存技术),以及利用特殊物质的“相变”储存的能量。其中更多的是介绍采用冰的冷能储存技术,这不仅是由于该技术相对容易实现而且优点突出,其应用也正在逐渐推广。
