利用现代信息技术提升混凝土质量的初步控制、过程控制和合格控制水平,对于建筑企业特别是类似中国交建这样的大型央企具有重大的意义。中国交建紧跟行业发展趋势,针对自身的混凝土生产管理特点,进行了混凝土生产全过程监控的信息化体系研究,设计了“一套数据规范、一套接口规范、两级应用平台、多款终端采集系统”的体系架构。在此体系架构指导下进行的混凝土质量监管的信息化系统建设速度快、系统稳定可靠、灵活易扩展,取得了良好效果。
