目的 探讨运动传导速度和肌肉复合动作电位对脱髓鞘型与轴索型格林- 巴利综合征(Guillain -Barresyndrome,GBS) 的康复评定价值。方法 对GBS用皮肤电极记录进行运动传导速度的连续测定,并对结果进行分析。结果 脱髓鞘型GBS运动传导速度减慢在康复期的相当长时间内仍保持严重程度,轴索型GBS的运动传导速度在急性期和康复期均正常或基本正常;肌肉复合动作电位波幅变化二者基本相平行,在病后第1 周内已明显降低,4 周以后好转。结论 肌肉复合动作电位可以作为GBS康复评定的主要指标。
Objective To investigate the value of motor conduction velocity and muscular compound action potentials in evaluating the rehabilitation of demyelinating and axonal Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS). Methods The GBS skin electrode recording continuous measurement of motor conduction velocity, and the results were analyzed. Results The decelerating speed of demyelinating GBS was maintained at a relatively high level for a long time and the motor conduction velocity of axon GBS was normal or almost normal in both acute and convalescent periods. The two basically parallel, in the first week after the disease has been significantly reduced, improved after 4 weeks. Conclusion Muscle compound action potential can be used as the main index of GBS rehabilitation assessment.
