规范的营养诊疗步骤是营养筛查-评定-干预(包括干预后监测)。2018年9月,全球(营养)领导人制定的营养不良诊断标准共识(GLIM)发表,GLIM继续明确第一步仍然是营养筛查。但营养筛查与GLIM第二步诊断营养不良的关系,是推广营养风险筛查工具NRS 2002在临床实践中将会遇到的具体问题。该文通过流程图对有关问题进行了分析和解读,并对GLIM第二步中目前不用肌肉量指标的原因,结合中国的实际进行分析。“,”The three steps of nutritional care in Europe, the United States and China were basically same as [Nutritional screening-assessment-intervention]. No normal range in healthy volunteer and no cut-off point based on clinical studies for FFMI in China now.
