目的:观察不同种细菌(放线共生放线菌、产黑色素类杆菌、化脓性链球菌) 刺激人牙周膜细胞合成IL8 、TNFα的能力。方法:体外培养人牙周膜细胞,分别用上述三种细菌刺激细胞,通过ELISA 法检测细胞上清液中IL8 、TNFα的水平。结果:人牙周膜细胞在这三种细菌刺激下均能合成少量IL8 、TNFα,三组间无显著差异。结论:牙周膜细胞在细菌刺激下通过合成细胞因子参与免疫反应。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the ability of different kinds of bacteria (Actinobacillus actinomycetes, Melanin-producing bacteria and Streptococcus pyogenes) to stimulate human periodontal ligament cells to synthesize IL8 and TNFα. Methods: Human periodontal ligament cells were cultured in vitro. The cells were stimulated with the above three kinds of bacteria respectively and the levels of IL8 and TNFα in the supernatant were measured by ELISA. Results: Human periodontal ligament cells could synthesize a small amount of IL8 and TNFα under the stimulation of these three kinds of bacteria. There was no significant difference among the three groups. Conclusion: The periodontal ligament cells are involved in the immune response through the synthesis of cytokines stimulated by bacteria.
