这次的话题很有意思,也很有意义。提案报告之厚与薄,现象背后是很有些思路可见的。“PK”场上混得久了,不妨也借此机会整理点小心得。对于那些沉甸甸的、大开本的、精装本的策略报告书,坊间也每每笑言:“这玩意儿能当砸头砖了!”颇有些当年“大哥大”手机的意思: 功能不咋的,分量倒不轻。这就说到实质了:这“分量”仅仅是面子上的“重量”呢,还是骨子里的“含金量”? 有一点是肯定的,报告是用来征服客户的。譬之为杀客的“凶器”,您愿意使那“板砖”呢,还是“刺刀”?我的观点是:宁弃厚重, 不失锐利。“板砖”或能把人拍昏, “刺刀”确是见血封喉的。也就是说,专业的“锐利度”比文本的“厚重感”更重要。当然,“刺刀”也比“板砖”英武多了。
