什么是管理?管理就是协调。那么学校的管理就是对学校里的人力、财力、物力和时间、信息等教育资源进行组合、协调使之有效的运转。由此看来,校长就是学校管理中的主要协调者,“校长是学校的灵魂”。协调者也有优秀和蹩脚之分,怎样做一个优秀的协调者呢?结合我校办学实践,我认为,校长要管理好一所学校,务必要做好以下几个方面的工作:确立鲜明的办学目标。目标是学校管理工作的方向标,是一种期望力量。一个好的办学目标,对学校里的所有人员都会产生巨大动力和激励作用。因而我校一创立,我就提出了理想目
