血小板凝集是引起各种局部缺血症的一个重要因素.刺五加(Acanthopanax senticosus)的粗提物已被确定为血小板凝集的抑制剂.本文报道二羟基苯甲酸衍生物抗5’-二磷酸腺苷(ADP),花生四烯酸(AA)或胶原物诱发的小鼠血小板凝集的生物活性,并对该类衍生物进行了构效关系的研究.刺五加皮的水溶性提取物,抗ADP诱发血小板凝集有较好的生物活性,此水溶物部分再经提取分离即可从醋酸乙酯中分出一种抗血小板凝集的活性物质.将其与标准样品直接对照,鉴定其活性物质为3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(DBA).若将DBA与盐酸-乙醇回流,可得到另一种活性物质.经光谱解析以及与标准品直接对照,确定该有效成分为3,4-二羟基苯甲酸乙酯(EDB).
Platelet aggregation is a major cause of various ischemic conditions.A crude extract of Acanthopanax senticosus has been identified as an inhibitor of platelet aggregation.It is reported herein that dihydroxybenzoic acid derivatives are anti-5’-diphosphate Adenosine (ADP), arachidonic acid (AA) or collagen-induced mouse platelet aggregation bioactivity, and the derivatives of this structure-activity relationship study .Acidocapsules water-soluble extract, Anti-ADP-induced platelet aggregation has good biological activity, this water-soluble part of the extraction and separation from ethyl acetate can be separated from an anti-platelet aggregation of active substances.It is compared with the standard sample directly to identify the active substance For the 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (DBA) .If the DBA and hydrochloric acid - ethanol reflux, you can get another active substance.Analysis by spectroscopy and direct comparison with the standard to determine the active ingredient is 3,4-bis Ethyl hydroxybenzoate (EDB).
