班主任是管理班级工作的灵魂,是学校德育工作的实施者,是全班学生的教育者、组织者、管理者和指导者。班主任在学生健康成长中起着导师的作用,并负有协调本班各科教师教育工作和沟通学校与家庭、社会教育之间联系的任务。管理班级是一项艰巨复杂的工作任务,它不仅需要爱心、耐心、细心和包容心,更需要老师以身作则、言传身教。通过二十年的班主任工作的经历,其间有欢笑、有泪水,最大的感受是充实,安慰和满足,体会颇深。
Class teacher is the soul of management class work, is the implementation of school moral education, is the class of educators, organizers, managers and mentors. Class teacher plays a leading role in the healthy growth of students, and has the task of coordinating teachers’ education in all subjects of this class and communication between school and family and social education. Management class is a difficult task, it not only needs love, patience, care and tolerance, but also need teachers to lead by example, precept and example. Through two decades of experience in class teacher work, there are laughter and tears in the meantime. The greatest feeling is enrichment, comfort and satisfaction.
