河北矾山磷矿为产于碱性超基性杂岩体中的磁铁矿磷灰石型岩浆矿床。该矿山为年处理量120万t 的大型采选联合企业,计划1993年底投产。原设计浮选捕收剂为氧化石腊皂,采用该捕收剂,浮选矿浆不仅需加温(35℃以上)。且处理1t 原矿还需加纯碱2.5kg,选矿成本颇高。为降低选矿成本,提高经济效益,化工部化学矿产地质研究院受矿山委托,在寻求和研制常温、无碱浮选新型捕收剂方面,做了大量深入的研究工作。不仅找到了对矾山磷矿有较好捕收性能的新型捕收剂H907,而且还研制了捕收性能好、价格低于H907的AW-02。两种捕收剂在使用中性能和效果均相近。采用H907和AW-02进行浮选扩大
Hebei Fanshan phosphorite is a magnetite apatite type magmatic deposit produced in alkaline ultramafic complex.
