研究正常工况下加料顺序、加料方式、净熔化速度以及辅助时间等因素对铝合金熔炼效率的影响。结果表明:加料顺序直接影响到铝合金净熔化速度,采用先加废料后加铝锭的加料顺序,净熔化速度由3650~3835kg/h提高到4132~4204kg/h,净熔化速度提高了11.4%;采用“少次多加”的加料方式,降低了辅助时间,加料速度提高了9.2%,可大幅提高熔炼效率。
The influence of feeding sequence, feeding method, net melting speed and auxiliary time on the smelting efficiency of aluminum alloy under normal working conditions was studied. The results show that the order of feeding directly affects the net melting rate of aluminum alloy. The order of addition of scrap plus the addition of aluminum ingots increases the net melting rate from 3650 to 3835 kg / h to 4132 to 4204 kg / h and the net melting rate increases by 11.4% ; Adopt “less repeated addition” feeding method, reducing the auxiliary time, feeding rate increased by 9.2%, can greatly improve the melting efficiency.
