目的:研究加强药剂科管理促进医院抗菌药物的合理使用效果。方法:抽取2011年1月-2012年12月在我院进行抗菌药物治疗患者200例作为研究对象,并对本组抗菌药物处方进行回顾性分析。结果:预防治疗性用药90例,占45%,其中使用治疗药物89例,占44.5%,其中21份处方送去检查,占10.5%。结论:对科工作人员进行有效管理,有助于保证抗菌药物的合理使用性能,提高整体治疗质量,缩短患者治疗时间,减少因不良药物的使用而出现感染患者,避免副作用的出现,还有助于提高患者治疗效果,减少患者治疗费用。
Objective: To study how to strengthen the management of pharmacy to promote rational use of antibacterials in hospitals. Methods: From January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital for antimicrobial therapy in patients with 200 cases as the research object, and the group of antibacterial drugs were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 90 cases of prophylactic and therapeutic drugs, accounting for 45%, of which 89 cases were treated with drugs, accounting for 44.5%, of which 21 were sent for examination, accounting for 10.5%.
