东北大学轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室(The State Key Laboratory of Rolling and Automation,简称RAL),其前身是建于1954年的东北工学院轧钢实验室,1989年得到世界银行的支持,1991年获批立项建设国家重点实验室,1995年通过国家验收正式开放运行,成为我国轧制技术及其自动化领域唯一的国家重点实验室。今年是轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室(东北大学)获批立项建设二十周年。二十年来,轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室秉承“开放、流动、联合、竞争”的运行机制,以国民经济需求为导向,面向钢铁材料及有色金属材料轧制技术领域,置身前沿,躬身实践;面向国民经济主战场,一步一个脚印,扎扎实实,取得了一系列具有自主知识产权的科研创新成果,走出了一条具有鲜明特色的国家重点实验室建设发展之路。本报道记录了轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室二十年来的创新和发展之路。
Northeastern University, State Key Laboratory of Rolling and Automation (The State Key Laboratory of Rolling and Automation, referred to as RAL), its predecessor was built in 1954, Northeast Institute of Technology rolling laboratory in 1989 by the World Bank’s support, In 1991, the State Key Laboratory of Construction and Approval was approved. In 1995, it was officially opened and operated by the state and became the only State Key Laboratory of rolling technology and its automation in China. This year marks the twentieth anniversary of the approval of the State Key Laboratory of Rolling Technology and Continuous Rolling Automation (Northeastern University). In the past 20 years, the State Key Laboratory of Rolling Technology and Continuous Rolling Automation has been adhering to the operation mechanism of “open, mobile, united and competitive”, oriented by the needs of the national economy and facing the fields of rolling technology of steel materials and nonferrous metals, In front of the front, bend their practice; facing the main battlefield of the national economy, step by step, a down-to-earth, made a series of scientific research and innovation with independent intellectual property rights, out of a distinctive national key laboratory construction and development. This report documents the innovation and development of rolling technology and the state key laboratory of rolling automation for more than two decades.
