The reverse method is a safe and reasonable construction method for digging the soft and alluvial foundations unique to Osaka City with a water pressure of up to 10 meters, and underground construction can be used because underground construction can be performed at the same time. Because of adopting the improved spiral pile construction method, the retaining wall is used as a retaining wall by using φ609.6 mm steel pipes and concrete and soil mixing piles with the same diameter of the steel pipes (about 900 mm pitch) to cross each other. The construction of the Nikkan Hotel grounds is to use 3 spiral drills to bury the steel pipe at a depth of 21.5 meters. The roots are buried in a hard layer of 3.8 meters (the total number is 610). As such, the underground construction of a large-scale project can proceed smoothly. Depending largely on the waterproof performance of the retaining wall. From our focus on the management of the verticality, horizontal position, investigation of concrete and soil, and the management of buried time, there is no leakage phenomenon. We are proud of this.
