近年来,重庆不少地方冒出一款姜汁热啤酒,流行于綦江民间,如今市区也有不少家庭钟情姜汁热啤酒,不过这种姜汁热啤酒不是工厂生产的,而是“饮君子”自己调制的。热辣辣地姜汁热啤酒,是冬日驱寒暖身的绝妙佳品。一种名叫姜汁啤酒的饮料,已在英国流行了几百年。它是用生姜、水、糖、酒石酸、酵母等,溶合后发酵制成的冷饮。然而在重庆地区兴起的姜汁热啤酒,却是用重庆啤酒(或其它优质啤酒)、生姜、冰糖,加热调制而成,类似欧美的鸡尾酒。调制方法一:重庆啤酒1瓶(640毫升),生姜三两片,冰糖20—50克(视口味增减)。将以上原料倒入锅中,置旺火上煮沸,撇去浮沫,煮一刻钟离火,趁热饮用。
