“青研红”是富士与秋红杂交育成的中晚熟苹果新品种。2012年12月通过山东省农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种果实圆球形,果形指数0.82。平均单果重257.1 g,最大单果重508.0 g。果实底色黄绿色,全果面鲜红色。果面光洁,蜡质层厚,有光泽,果点小,较疏。果梗短,较粗。果皮较厚,果心小而端正。果肉乳黄色,肉质细、脆、汁液多、香味浓郁,风味酸甜适度,品质极上等。可溶性固形物含量15.2%,总糖含量12.8%,可滴定酸含
