我们的工作是制备多孔硅球表面键合带有羟基基团的亲水性SEC刚性载体.研究结果表明,此种SEC载体能适用于聚乙烯醇、明胶、蛋白质、右旋糖酐等多种水溶液体系的SEC分析.
Our work is to prepare a hydrophilic SEC rigid carrier with hydroxyl groups bonded to the surface of porous silica spheres.The results show that this kind of SEC carrier can be applied to a variety of aqueous systems such as polyvinyl alcohol, gelatin, protein, dextran and the like SEC analysis.
