新课程改革强调学生学习方式的转变,小组合作学习作为此次课程改革积极倡导的有效学习方式之一,因其具有使学生优势互补、形成良好人际关系,促进学生个性健全发展的优点,越来越多的老师在课堂教学过程中采用这一方法。但是,我们在教学实践及听课活动中发现,真正要将小组合作学习行之有效地开展,绝非易事。比如:有些合作小组一看就知道是为公开课而临时凑合的,在合作学习时,小组成员间不具备合作的心理倾向,无法进行有效的互动交流;有些小组合作学习的问题、内容过于简单,缺乏讨论、研究、交流的价值,学生在合作时无所事事,浪费课堂时间等等。导致这种低效的真正原因并不在于小组合作教学本身,
The new curriculum reform emphasizes the transformation of students’ learning styles. As one of the effective learning methods actively advocated by the curriculum reform, the group cooperative learning has more and more advantages because of its advantages of complementing students’ advantages, forming good interpersonal relationships and promoting sound development of students’ personality.
