古琴旧式系弦方式从力学角度来看,有其独具的特点;七条弦以琴面的岳山为起点,通过琴尾的龙龈,转向琴底的雁足止。由于七条弦的拉力从龙龈处改变了方向(与琴面张弦形成反向拉力),因此使影响琴面平直的弦作用力有一定程度的抵消。采用这样改变张弦拉力方向的系弦方式,在减小琴面纵向变形,稳定琴面的平直等方面起到了积极的作用。然
