利用热风干燥测定装置研究了不同热风温度、热风风量对薄层干燥速率的影响,根据干燥情况绘制出干玉米含水率随时间变化曲线,测定干燥前后玉米容重、发芽率、裂纹率的变化情况。试验结果表明:玉米含水率随时间的变化主要受热风温度的影响较大,受热风流速的影响相对较小。干燥后玉米的发芽率及裂纹率均受到热风温度的影响较大,热风流速对烘后玉米裂纹率也能产生一定的影响。
The effects of different hot air temperature and air volume on drying rate of thin layer were studied by hot air drying device. The moisture content of dried corn was plotted with time according to the drying conditions. The changes of bulk density, germination rate and crack rate were measured before and after drying. The results showed that the change of moisture content of maize was mainly influenced by the temperature of hot air and the influence of hot air velocity was relatively small. After drying, the germination rate and the crack rate of corn are greatly affected by hot air temperature, and the hot air flow rate can also have a certain impact on the rate of cracked corn.
