水稻杂交育种是创造高产新品种的有效方法之一。水稻品种产量构成的主要因素有:穗数、粒数和粒重;影响(或间接)因素有结实率、穗长、株高等。但能否根据晚粳F_1的主要性状遗传力大小,正确选择主要优良性状,淘汰不良性状?又如何明确F_1构成产量的主要因素影响,以及它们的影响程度,确定在育种过程中的不同时期主攻性状,尽快选育出符合育种目标的新品种,并为今后育种工作提供参考依据?为试图明确这些问题,特就安徽省农科院作物研究所水稻研究室常规水稻杂交育种的20个晚粳组合F_1资料,作如下初步分析研究。
Hybrid rice breeding is one of the effective ways to create new high-yielding varieties. The main factors of rice yield composition are: spike number, grain number and grain weight; influence (or indirect) factors are seed setting rate, spike length, plant height. However, according to the main character of late japonica F_1 heritability size, the correct choice of the main good traits, out of bad traits? How to determine the F_1 constitute the main factors affecting the yield, and their extent of influence, to determine the different stages of breeding in the main attack Traits as soon as possible to breed new varieties in line with breeding goals and provide reference for future breeding work? In order to clarify these issues, especially on the Anhui Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences Crop Research Institute rice conventional crossbred 20 late japonica rice Combinations F_1 data for the following preliminary analysis.
