医学院校在传统人文教育过程中,长期偏重于显性课程,而对人文教育隐性课程开发处在明显的滞后状态。在对医学院校人文教育和隐性课程理论相结合的研究中发现,医学院校人文教育观念,学校物质文化、精神文化和制度文化四个隐性课程平台中存在着明显的人文教育缺失。为进一步促进医学人文教育,医学院校应该从以上四个层面着手来建构人文教育隐性课程体系,积极发挥隐性课程的人文教育优势,从而形成与显性人文课程相得益彰的立体式人文教育模式。“,”In the course of traditional humanistic education in medical schools, long-term emphasis on the explicit curriculum,and the hidden curriculum development on humanistic education in apparent lack of State.On the Combination of humanistic education in medical colleges and the hidden curriculum theory in the research found that the concept of humanistic education in medical schools, material cultural, spiritual cultural and institutional culture of the four hidden curriculum platform there is a clear lack of humanistic education. To further promote the medical humanities education, medical colleges should proceed from the above four aspects to construct hidden curriculum humanities education system, and actively play a hidden curriculum humanistic educational advantages, thus forming and dominant humanities courses complement each other-dimensional model of humanistic education.
