以分离的胃平滑肌细胞在不同pH溶液中的存活率为指标,观察了生长抑素对蟾蜍胃平滑肌细胞抗酸能力的影响。结果表明,在pH5.4和3.4的条件下,生长抑素明显地加强胃平滑肌细胞对盐酸的抵抗力。但当pH降到1.4时,这种加强作用不明显。结果提示,在一定的pH范围内,生长抑素对由盐酸引起的胃平滑肌细胞的损伤具有直接的保护作用。本文讨论了生长抑素在胃溃疡的进程和结局中的可能意义。
The survival rate of isolated gastric smooth muscle cells in different pH solutions was used as an indicator to observe the effect of somatostatin on the acid resistance of gastric smooth muscle cells. The results showed that somatostatin significantly enhanced the resistance of gastric smooth muscle cells to hydrochloric acid at pH 5.4 and 3.4. However, when the pH dropped to 1.4, this strengthening effect was not obvious. The results suggest that somatostatin has a direct protective effect on the damage of gastric smooth muscle cells induced by hydrochloric acid within a certain pH range. This article discusses the possible significance of somatostatin in the progression and outcome of gastric ulcers.
