本文利用对氨基苯乙酮作重氮化试剂,8—羟基喹啉为偶联剂,在表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基嗅化铵(简写作HT AB)存在下测定水中的亚硝酸盐。反应生成的偶氮染料呈红色,加入HT AB后呈紫红色。紫红色产物的最大吸收波长为540纳米,摩尔吸光系数为4.14×10~4L·cm~1·mol~(-1)。该方法操作简便快速,灵敏度高,重现性和选择性好,干扰小,线性范围宽0—2.6ppm,检出限低,而且所用试剂来源方便。
In this paper, amino-acetophenone diazotization reagent, 8-hydroxyquinoline coupling agent, in the presence of surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (abbreviation HT AB) in the presence of nitrous acid salt. The azo dye produced by the reaction is reddish, with a fuchsia color after addition of HT AB. The maximum absorption wavelength of fuchsine product is 540 nm, and the molar absorptivity is 4.14 × 10 -4 L · cm -1 · mol -1. The method is simple and rapid, high sensitivity, good reproducibility and selectivity, small interference, wide linear range of 0-2.6ppm, low detection limit and convenient source of reagents.
