本文选取了包含5个大洲22个国家和地区1990-2013年的面板数据,对对外直接投资的技术溢出效应进行了实证分析,研究了对外直接投资逆向技术溢出与技术进步的关系。研究结果表明,投资母国的全要素生产率水平影响对外直接投资逆向技术溢出的效果,说明只有切实提高国家的生产率和科技水平,才能使对外直接投资对生产率产生促进作用进而转化为经济增长的动力点。在以上结论的基础上,本文对我国进行对外直接投资提出了相应的建议。
This paper selects the panel data from 1990 to 2013 in 22 countries and regions across 5 continents and makes an empirical analysis of the technology spillover effect of OFDI. It also studies the relationship between FDI reverse technology spillover and technological progress. The results show that the level of TFP in the home countries of investment affects the effect of reverse technology spillover from OFDI, which shows that only by effectively improving the national productivity and science and technology level can the outward FDI effect on productivity be translated into the motivation of economic growth . Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions to our country’s FDI.
