欧洲专利US2012164021本专利提供一种热稳定性好、能承受热和机械载荷的冷作硬化的耐热铝合金铸件的生产方法,它的主要化学成分如下(质量分数,%):11.0~12.0Si、0.7~2.0Mg、0.1~1.0Mn、≤1.0Fe、≤2.0Cu、≤2.0Ni、≤1.0Cr、≤1.0Co、≤2.0Zn、≤0.25Ti,B含量小于或等于40×10-6,Sr含量在80×10-6~300×10-6范围内,余量为Al。该耐热铝合金特别适合采用压力铸造方法来生产汽车缸体的曲轴箱。
