在《中共中央、国务院关于促进中部地区崛起的若干意见》正式出台后,中部六省在谋求协同发展方面迈出了实质性步伐。9月18日至20日,中部六省省委书记、省长首次齐聚郑州,出席中部论坛郑州会议,共谋“中部崛起”发展大计。9月25日,第一届中国中部投资贸易博览会在长沙拉开帷幕,中部六省无一缺席。此举不仅是落实中央促进中部地区崛起战略的一项重要举措,是国家八部委和中部六省在联手搭建“中部崛起”的投资贸易平台,更是中部六省协力谋求“中部崛起”的实质性动作。
After the official promulgation of the “Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Rise of the Central Region,” six provinces in the six central provinces took substantive steps toward seeking coordinated development. From September 18 to 20, the provincial party secretaries and provincial governors of the six central provinces gathered for the first time in Zhengzhou to attend the Zhengzhou Forum of the Forum Central China to conspire with the plan of “the rise of central China”. On September 25, the first Central China Investment and Trade Expo opened in Changsha, with none of the six central provinces absent. This measure is not only an important measure for implementing the Central Government’s strategy of promoting the rise of the central region but also the platform for investment and trade to jointly establish a “rising central China” by the eight ministries of the country and the six central provinces.
