面对新课改,教师应该怎样做?教学方式应该进行哪些变革,以适应学生学习方式的改变?我校结合新课改教学理念,在学校领导的大力支持和帮助下,积极开展校本探索语文课堂教学改革。在实践过程中,需要教师转变观念,勇于改革教学方法,全面推进从“以教师为中心”到“以学生为中心”的教学理念。构建在教师引导下的以学生为主体,采用启发式、讨论式、探究式、互动式等多种教学实践的创新课堂教学模式,使之相互配合、相互促进,真正把能力培养落到实处。从而达到良好的课堂教学效果。
