在机械加工中,经常会碰到需要在零件内孔的表面上切环槽;槽的宽度如果在5公厘以下,那么加工起来就很困难。一般工厂里多半都是采用跟环槽宽度相等的成形镗刀迸行加工的。这种加工方法虽然简单,但是要依靠机床横向进给机构和工人的经验来控制槽的深度。我厂在切槽的工序中,普遍地采用了专用的切槽刀卡头。卡头的构造如附图所示。1是刀杆,和本体12配合;它们是用月牙键17和螺钉11连结,并用弹簧圈10圈住。9是紧固螺帽,旋在本体12上,然后再装上键6、垫圈8和螺帽7;螺帽9和7是用来调节槽子位置H用的。5是弹簧。4是螺帽,旋在刀杆1上,然后再装上键6、垫圈3和螺帽2;螺帽4和2是用来调节切槽的深
In machining, often encounter the need to cut holes in the hole on the surface of the groove; groove width of less than 5 mm, then the processing is very difficult. Most factories are generally used with the groove width equal to the forming boring machine for processing.
