人生活在纷繁的社会中,要面对众多的社会应激和来自各方面的压力,能否承受和适应是心理健康与否的重要标志之一。能够适应社会、耐受压力并善于化解不良应激,既可避免遭受心理痛苦,也不致于引发某些疾病或心理障碍。本期开始就某些生活事件或社会问题对人体健康的影响,心理情绪因素与某些疾病的关系,一些特殊职业或人群(如公安干警、哀伤者)的心理压力与保健,以及如何面对挫折、减缓心理痛苦、提高幸福感等略加介绍,以飨读者。
