通过对2个不带约束拉杆和8个带约束拉杆方形钢管混凝土短柱试件的拟静力试验,研究带约束拉杆方形钢管混凝土短柱压弯承载力。采用带约束拉杆方形钢管混凝土短柱核心混凝土的本构关系,利用有限条带法对反复荷载作用下试件的骨架曲线进行数值计算,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。并利用该方法分析钢管屈服强度、截面含钢率、混凝土强度及拉杆约束系数等参数对N/Nu-M/Mu曲线的影响规律,在此基础上提出带约束拉杆方形钢管混凝土短柱压弯承载力的简化计算式。运用简化算式及国内外技术标准分析构件的压弯承载力,简化式与试验结果吻合较好,而CECS 159∶2004《矩形钢管混凝土技术规程》没有考虑约束拉杆的作用,对构件的压弯承载力评估不足。
By means of the quasi-static tests of two specimens of square concrete-filled square steel tube with unrestrained tie rods and eight tie rods, the buckling bearing capacity of square concrete filled steel tubular columns with restraining tie rods is investigated. The constitutive relation of concrete filled square steel tube short columns with restrained rod was studied. The finite element method was used to calculate the skeleton curve of specimens under repeated load. The calculated results agree well with the experimental results. The influence of parameters such as yield strength of steel pipe, steel content in section, concrete strength and restraint coefficient of tie rod on N / Nu-M / Mu curve was analyzed by this method. On the basis of the above analysis, Simplified calculation of bearing capacity. The simplified formulas and test results are in good agreement with the simplified calculation method and the technical standards both at home and abroad. However, CECS 159:2004 “Technical Specification for Rectangle CFR” does not consider the effect of restraining tie rod, Insufficient assessment of force.
