通过对海南海滨砂矿的大量试验,提出了从砂矿中优先浮选锆英石的新工艺。选用新型捕收剂BS—1及矿物抑制剂DS—1,在极简单的浮选流程条件下即能获得高质量锆精矿和很高的回收率。在万宁建成的50吨/日选矿厂已应用了该工艺,工业试验指标为锆精矿品位65.00%以上,回收率90%以上。新工艺的特点是工艺简单,选别指标高,选用的新药剂对锆精矿没污染,设备投资少,仅为传统工艺的十分之一。
Through a large number of tests on the seashore sand in Hainan Province, a new process of preferential flotation of zircon from sand was proposed. The new collector BS-1 and the DS-1 mineral inhibitor are used to obtain high quality zirconium concentrates and high recoveries with a very simple flotation process. The 50 ton / day beneficiation plant built in Wanning has applied this technology. The industrial test index is above 65.00% of zirconium concentrate grade and the recovery rate is over 90%. The new process is characterized by a simple process, high sorting index, the selection of new agents on the zirconium concentrate pollution, less investment in equipment, only one-tenth of the traditional process.
