背景:2008年年初,山东省吹响了全面推进素质教育、让“教育回归原点”的号角,要求普通高中必须严格按照课程方案实施教学,给目前高中教师长期沿用超课时、大题量、以应试为主要目的的课堂教学形式带来了严峻的考验。因而,研究和实施语文课堂“有效教学”就显得越发必要。于国贞老师近几年来对语文课堂“有效教学”作了深入的研究和思考,下面是她和三位老师围绕语文课堂“有效教学”实施的有关问题进行的讨论。
