根据西藏实际,大力发展旅游业,是优化西藏产业结构、促进西藏经济社会又好又快发展的必然选择。本研究在实地调研的基础上,结合产业价值链理论,首先构建了西藏旅游产业价值链模型。其次通过分析,总结出西藏旅游产业价值链存在问题主要有旅游产品开发能力不足、旅游服务中间商服务质量缺乏保证以及旅游产业价值链竞争力不足等;而制约旅游产业价值链提升的因素主要包括旅游开发处于初级阶段、旅游人才缺乏、旅游监管不力等,最后根据上述分析,从旅游监管、发挥行业协会作用、注重人才培养方面对西藏旅游产业价值链优化提出对策性建议。
According to the actual situation in Tibet, developing tourism energetically is an inevitable choice for optimizing the industrial structure of Tibet and promoting the sound and rapid development of Tibet’s economy and society. On the basis of field investigation, combined with the theory of industrial value chain, this study first builds the Tibetan tourism industry value chain model. Secondly, through the analysis, it is concluded that the problems existing in the value chain of tourism industry in Tibet include the insufficiency of tourism product development capability, the lack of guarantee of the service quality of tourism service brokers, and the lack of competitiveness in the value chain of tourism industry.
