随着我国经济发展进入新常态,我国价格总水平低位运行,但蔬菜价格波动远远大于价格总水平波动。蔬菜价格的剧烈波动,对蔬菜的生产和消费产生不利影响,成为政府和社会关注的热点问题。本文以河北省蔬菜零售价格的1990-2015年的年度数据,2007-2015年的月度数据为样本,对年度蔬菜价格和月度蔬菜价格的规律和特点进行分析,归纳蔬菜价格的特征,测算蔬菜价格的波动区间范围,为政府精准调控蔬菜价格异常波动,为蔬菜生产经营者和消费者科学决策提供参考。
