1.问题的提出。体育新课程把课程开发的权力交给学校、教师和学生,取消了小学体育课本,一些教师没有做好准备,学校体育教学工作出现了很多问题。面对新课程改革带来的新挑战,我校开始积极推进“小学主题单元教学开发与建设”研究,培养小学体育教师的课程开发能力,制定一套便于操作、具有详细的教学规范要求、并有一定的约束性的地方性教学参考案例,引导我校小学体育教学沿着有利于促进小学生健康发展的轨道规范发展,全面提高小学生身体素质,促进学生健康发展。
