目的:研究复方中药癫痫清抗癫痫的药效物质基础,从而确定本处方的提取方法和提取工艺。方法:采用SPSS统计分析方法,以癫痫清处方的117个色谱峰的相对峰面积为自变量(X),提取物抗癫痫试验药理结果为因变量(Y),进行相关分析和回归分析。结果:得到117个色谱峰与药理结果的相关系数和回归方程。结论:初步确定处方中41个色谱峰所代表的化学组分为癫痫清处方中具有抗癫痫的药效物质基础;并确定了处方中各药材的有效成分及有效部位和各药材的提取方法。
Objective: To study the pharmacodynamic basis of compound epilepsy epilepsy in order to determine the extraction method and extraction process of this prescription. Methods: SPSS statistical analysis method was used to determine the relative peak area of the 117 chromatographic peaks of epilepsy prescription as the independent variable (X) and the pharmacological results of the epilepsy extract as the dependent variable (Y), and the correlation analysis and regression analysis. Results: Correlation coefficient and regression equation of 117 chromatographic peaks were obtained. Conclusion: It is preliminarily determined that the chemical components represented by 41 chromatographic peaks in the prescription are the substance basis of antiepileptic effect in epilepsy prescription. The effective components, the effective sites and the extraction methods of each medicinal material are determined.
