目的通过调查西安铁路局部分旅客列车厕所门手柄微生物污染状况,及时指导铁路客运部门加强列车上公用设施的消毒、保洁工作,减少疾病在旅客之间传播。方法 2014年4-5月间,在宝鸡站及宝鸡南站分别抽取不同类别旅客列车28对,采集列车厕所门手柄448份样品,并检测以下指标:细菌总数、大肠菌群、真菌、金黄色葡萄球菌。结果旅客列车厕所门手柄细菌总数平均值为(5 599±358)cfu/25 cm2,不同等级旅客列车细菌总数差异有统计学意义;大肠菌群检出率42.6%;真菌检出率17.6%;金黄色葡萄球菌检出率8.7%[1]。其中普通旅客列车检出率较高,终到列车检出率较高。不同等级列车真菌检出率和金黄色葡萄球菌检出率各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),大肠菌群检出率各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西安铁路局部分旅客列车厕所门手柄污染严重并存在有致病性微生物。其中动车组列车微生物污染最轻,普通列车微生物污染最重。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the microbial contamination status of toilet handles of some passenger trains in Xi’an Railway Bureau and to promptly guide the railway passenger transport departments to strengthen the disinfection and cleaning work of public facilities on trains and to reduce the spread of diseases among passengers. Methods From April to May 2014, 28 pairs of passenger trains of different types were taken at Baoji Station and Baoji South Station respectively, and 448 samples of the door handle of the train toilets were collected. The following indicators were tested: the total number of bacteria, coliform bacteria, fungi, golden yellow staphylococcus. Results The average number of bacteria in the door handles of passenger trains was (5 599 ± 358) cfu / 25 cm2. The total number of bacteria in passenger trains of different grades was significantly different; the detection rate of coliform bacteria was 42.6%; the detection rate of fungi was 17.6% Staphylococcus aureus detection rate of 8.7% [1]. Among them, the detection rate of ordinary passenger trains is higher, and finally the detection rate of trains is higher. The detection rates of fungi and Staphylococcus aureus were not significantly different between different groups (P> 0.05). The detection rate of coliform bacteria was significantly different between groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Xi’an Railway Bureau part of the passenger train toilet door polluted seriously and there are pathogenic microorganisms. Among them, the EMU trains have the lightest microbial pollution and the ordinary trains have the highest microbial pollution.
