西方企业管理制度的演变是从人治到法治,现在则正走向人性化管理。人性化管理不仅是现代企业管理要求,也是以人为本、创建和谐社会对企业管理者基本要求。现代企业管理者扮演的角色既不是生产的指挥者、调度者,也不是人际关系的调节者,而是一个引导者、领路人,他们的主要任务在于向员工说明企业的总体目标和发展方向,引导员工向规范的行为方向发展。在管理工作中,如何真正实现管理体制创新的还是员工。因此,要真正落实人性化管理,还需在“引导”上下工夫。
The evolution of western enterprise management system is from the rule of man to the rule of law, and now it is moving toward humanistic management.
